Return and Exchange Policy

Custom items, such as painting commissions, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless it is damaged upon arrival. I do not accept cancellations for any art commissions after the five-day revision period upon receiving preliminary sketches. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
 

For any other orders (enamel pins, stickers, prints, and more), I do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is damaged upon arrival. If damaged and you want a replacement, please contact me at ap.iellaart@gmail.com or through my Contact page to begin communication. I will do my best to assist you. You must contact me within 30 days upon arrival of your order for me to process any replacements or refunds due to damaged goods. You are responsible for any shipping fees for replacements.

 

Paintings purchased through my website will have shipping insurance (at the customer's cost) to reimburse any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom items (such as art commissions), cannot be cancelled after the five-day revision period upon receiving preliminary sketches. You will receive a full refund if it is within this five-day period.
For other items, such as a print, if it has not been shipped yet, please fill out the contact form and I will refund you in full. Refunds can only be issued on the same card that was used when making the order. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a full refund if the items are shipped back and received within 30 days of arrival.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed between 1-3 business days and generally take an additional 4-10 business days to ship to your home. For sticker orders, no tracking numbers will be provided as they will be shipped in a stamped envelope via USPS First Class. Any orders including paintings, prints, or enamel pins will have a tracking number and are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise indicated.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout

Can I track my order?

For any orders including paintings, prints, or enamel pins, tracking numbers are provided once your item has shipped. Sticker orders do not include tracking numbers.

Do you ship to my country?

As of right now, I ship to the following countries and territories: Australia, United States, Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobego, Japan, Philippines, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.

Can I change the shipping address?

Please fill out the contact form or email me at ariellahere@gmail.com and I will do my best to fix it for you! If your order has not been shipped yet, then yes, your shipping address can be corrected.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as possible! Usually, it will only take a few days to process your order. The same applies for custom orders once they are completed. I am a graduate student so I am balancing my art with my studies so thank you in advance for your patience!

What do I do if my order was damaged?

Contact me at ap.iellaart@gmail.com or the contact form. Include your name, your order number, and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund! You must do this within 30 days of receiving your order.
